Sonoma Getaways offers four distinct service tiers starting at $49.00, each providing unique levels of service.

Here's a brief overview of each tier:

Tier 1: $49

This introductory tier is perfect for those new to wine tours or looking for a budget-friendly option. It includes a guided tour of Sonoma's beautiful vineyards with a focus on one specific theme or location. Review the tours listed on the homepage, and choose the tour which suits you. Once you have paid online, you will receive the PDF showing names, contact information, prices, immersive driving maps and suggestions for lunch and dinner. You book everything yourself.

Tier 2: $79

As above, however, I will book everything for you. I will need a minimum of 3 days prior to your planned visit. The summer and holidays can get busy, so if there is no availability for your group, I will suggest an alternative vineyard or activity. For larger groups, there may be limited options so please contact me directly to discuss.

Tier 3- $119*

If the tours on the homepage don't quite match what you are looking for, you can complete the custom form and I will contact you to create a tailored itinerary based on your unique needs and interests. This tier includes an initial phone call and follow up communications to finalize your personalized plan. You will receive all the information to book the tours yourself.

Tier 4- $139*

As above, with the added convenience of having all the tours booked for you.

Both tiers include dedicated support to ensure your experience is exceptional and tailored to your preferences.

*If your trip requires additional planning time, more revisions, extra phone calls, or special event coordination beyond the included hours, I will notify you in advance and provide a quote for that additional support.

When you book a tour with Sonoma Getaways, you'll receive a detailed itinerary in PDF format which you can easily share with your group.

It's important to note that many wineries charge extra for groups larger than six people, and some wineries may not accommodate larger groups at all. Therefore, I recommend contacting me directly if you are planning a tour for a larger group. This will allow time to create a customized arrangement that meets your needs while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Sonoma Getaways offers convenient transportation options tailored to enhance your experience. Our drivers can pick you up directly from your lodging for added convenience. However, please note that if your pick-up location is outside of the main towns we service—Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Windsor, and Petaluma—a small additional fee may apply. This fee accounts for the extra distance and time required to reach you. To ensure transparency and allow you to plan accordingly, all transportation costs will be clearly detailed in your personalized itinerary. We also have tours located close to each main town, which means if you choose a tour further away, this will be billed on a per-hour basis. Our goal is to provide a seamless and luxurious experience, bringing you to the finest wineries without any hidden surprises regarding transportation.

The tours listed are a sample only, so you can start later or earlier, however, most wineries open at 10am.

The itinerary will show the distance and time between each location to help guide your planning. Note, on holidays and high season weekends, traffic can be heavier, so allow additional time.

All drivers and tour vehicles allow food and beverages. Some will also provide water.

Many of the wineries will offer a selection of red and white on their tasting menu however, if you want only red, some wineries may accommodate your request. For a tour of only red wines, contact me so I can help customize a tour based on your needs.

Each Sonoma Getaways itinerary is carefully designed with hours of local research and first-hand experience. To keep each tour unique and thoughtfully curated, I share the full list of wineries and contact details after payment is received.

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive your detailed itinerary with winery contacts, reservation links, and all the information you need to plan your visit. If a winery happens to be fully booked, I’ll personally recommend or arrange a similar alternative to make sure your experience stays seamless and enjoyable. (Tiers 2 and 4)

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is required for each tier prior to receiving your itinerary. Once your itinerary has been emailed, all sales are final — there are no cancellations or refunds.

Tier Details:

• Tier 1 – $49: You will be responsible for making all bookings.

• Tier 2 – $79: Sonoma Getaways will make all bookings on your behalf.

• Tier 3 – $119: You will be responsible for making all bookings.

• Tier 4 – $139*: Sonoma Getaways will make all bookings on your behalf.

Cancellations:

• Most wineries, activities, and transportation partners require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. These details will be clearly noted in your itinerary.

• For Tiers 1 and 3, you are responsible for contacting the venues directly to cancel.

• For Tiers 2 and 4, Sonoma Getaways will handle cancellations, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice.

Credit Card Use: Some wineries or activity providers may require a credit card to secure your reservation (Tiers 2 and 4). In these cases, you will receive a secure link where you can enter your credit card information directly. Sonoma Getaways will not store or retain any credit card information.

* If the amount of time requires additional time and support, I will let you know in advance as the payment structure may change.

Sonoma Getaways specializes in day tours focused on wine, food, and the beauty of Sonoma County.

For those booking customized itineraries (Tier 3 or Tier 4), your plan can also include recommendations or arrangements for flights, hotels, and extended stays.

I’ve partnered with a select group of trusted hotels and inns that consistently deliver the level of service and hospitality I know my clients expect. Each partnership is based on personal experience and confidence that your stay will complement your Sonoma experience perfectly.

Sonoma Getaways offers exceptional and flexible transportation options tailored just for you. For tours, you can experience the ultimate in comfort and elegance with a private luxury car and a professional driver, ensuring your journey through Sonoma's vineyards is nothing short of perfect.

If you prefer to drive your rental or personal car, I have you covered. I will provide a list of fully licensed drivers to chauffeur you around. They charge by the hour with a minimum of 6 hours, allowing you to relax and enjoy without any concerns about driving. Note that there may be an additional fee for pickup based on your location.

In addition, I have partnered with these top-tier service providers. My goal is to deliver a seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable adventure through Sonoma’s spectacular wine country.
