You get to choose which tier starting at $59.00. You can review the sample tours and read a description of each winery or activity, and if this sounds like your perfect getaway, the itinerary will be sent to you showing the names and website of each so you can book directly. For an extra fee, I will book the tours for you, using your cc of choice, and for the higher level tier, I can customized the day for you based on your interests and party size.

Note, most wineries will only accomodate up to 6 at the time of booking.

The itinerary will also include a map and directions between each location noting the time and distance.

Fee that you will be responsible may include below:

All wine tasting fees

Lunch for all tours more than 5 hours

Transportation to and from the locations. (location for pick up and drop off will be the same, however, drop offs can be arranged if. there is time, otherwise additional transport costs may be added).

Other transportation costs (if applicable)

All Gratuities/taxes for driver and wine staff and other staff

Cost of spa if applicable

Wine during lunch and/or welcome glass of bubbly

For the sample tours of more than 4 hours, lunch is included but this can always be an option you can change. You would be responsible for the payment and collection of lunch if from a deli, and I will include information on ordering for quick and easy pick up. Many vineyards do not allow picnics, but food can be bought on the proprerty. This information will be included in your itinerary.

Many wineries charge extra for groups more than 6 and some wineries do not take larger groups. I recommend that you contact me for larger group as this will require a more customized arrangement.

You will receive the itinerary in PDF format, so can share with your group.

Drivers can pick up at your lodging, however, may charge an extra fee if outside the main towns, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Windsor and Petaluma.

I have tours that are closest to each town, so if you go further, you will pay per hours. All prices of transportation will be included in the itinerary for you to choose.

The tours listed are a sample only, so you can start later or earlier, however, most wineries open at 10am.

The itinerary will show the distance and time between each location to help guide your planning. Note, on holidays and high season weekends, traffic can be heavier, so allow additional time.

All drivers and tour vehicles allow food and beverages. Some will also provide water.

We share your love! You can see we have the Pinot Tour. All of our tours can be customized, so if you are not into bubbles or white wines that are usually part of our personalized tours, we can also prepare a customized tour to include only Zins, Cabs, Pinots and other red varietals. We will share with you once we start to work with you and you have paid a deposit. We don't share the tours, as we have done alot of research and selection before we decide to select each winery. It's our way of keeping it a little secret too. If you have a winery you want to include, we can always modify and customize each tour.

Once you have paid for the itinerary and have received via email-there is no cancellation or refund for payment.

Payment is due in full for each tier prior to receipt of itinerary.

For Tier 1, You will be responsible for booking.

For Tier 2, Sonoma Getways will book using your preferred card.

For Tier 3 You will be responsible for booking

For Tier 4 Sonoma Getaways with book using your preferred credit card.

Cancellation at the wineries, activities and transport options are generally 48 hours prior, but will be noted in the itinerary, and please confirm. You will be responsible for tier 1 and 3.

For tier 2 and 4, Sonoma Getaways will cancel, however will require 72 hours notice, otherwise you will need to cancel on your own.

The focus is on day tours only, however, for customized tours, level 3 or 4, this can include information for flights/hotels etc. Sonoma Getaways has partnered with several hotels who we enjoy working with and know they will provide the level of service that we expect.

All tours have the option of using a private luxury car with driver or if you prefer a driver to drive your rental or personal car, Sonoma Getaways has a list of fully licensed drivers that charge an hourly rate (min 6 hours). There may be an additional fee for pickup depending on where you are located.

Sonoma Getaways has also partnered with several other tour operators that include e-bike, trikes and road bikes.
